with opportunities for teaching practice

The initial, concentrated list of poses within BCRPA Yoga Fitness Module creates a strong foundation from which to teach a balanced, well designed beginner yoga class (Scope of Practice 2015). Opportunities are now available to expand with a broader repertoire of poses and benefit from variety and ongoing interest. Each workshop in the GYS asana series will build upon prior pose awareness, adding both insight, and perspective while growing your list of available poses to include within well-sequenced programs.
