This course provides balanced, general knowledge of a focused list of poses within the scope of practice outlined for yoga by Fitness Leadership Canada. It also includes teaching techniques and how to successfully and safely sequence classes from both a fitness and classic approach. Gain knowledge of alignment, modifications and how props benefit a practice. Compose classes and practice teaching sequences to ensure a well designed multi-level inclusive class experience.

RYT 200 Credential Opportunity 

Our Yoga Fitness Module may be applied as the foundational training for the GYS RYT 200 program (ongoing series or workshops). Ask us for details on how to earn both credentials.

Personal Interest Registration

The Yoga Fitness Module may also be taken for personal interest - no prerequisites apply.
Unfortunately future BCRPA registration would not be permitted and CEC's are not available.
