With nearly 30 years experience in fitness, Gaylene's knowledge, love and respect for yoga creates a sense of strength, serenity and acceptance in all her classes. Opening Grove Yoga School in 2013, she now passes along her enthusiasm and skills to yoga students and future yoga teachers. Gaylene also offers a variety of specialty workshops from the GYS on-line studio, and is often found sharing her knowledge while teaching a variety of yoga classes within the local Langley community.

Enjoying and experiencing the benefits of yoga, after retirement she continued her yoga journey finding a hidden passion for teaching. Stacey joined GYS in 2018 and now co-trains the RYT 200 and Yoga Fitness Instructor programs. She also offers focused workshops including a personal favourite - chair yoga. Currently she is teaching Chair Yoga and fitness classes at a local seniors centre and is available for private Zoom yoga lessons from the GYS on-line studios.
