The human form comes in many different heights, shapes, proportions and range of motion. Props combined with options and modifications create a more comfortable, accessible practice, allowing the pose to fit the body, instead than making the body fit the pose. Learn how to determine which props will ensure the best experience for yourself and your students.

Prerequisite: Yoga Fitness Instructor/RYT Foundations,
RYT 200 or equivalent yoga teacher training/experience.
