Yoga and Pregnancy

Pre Natal:
In this specialty yoga style, poses and practices are adapted to ensure they are safe and accessible for both mom and baby.  With a focus on the physical, mental and emotional, we strive to make pregnancy and labour easier for all involved.

Post Natal:

Pregnancy and labour take a huge toll on the body and mind. This special focused yoga style helps repair and revitalize, as well as cope with the emotional challenges of being a new mom.
