Teaching Children Yoga
An Introduction

Interactive, virtual/live training with Lead Trainer, Gaylene (RCYT)

Taking additional focused, specific training on how to teach yoga for children or adolescents is often a requirement of potential employers such as schools or recreation centres.

Yoga can be fun, engaging and calming for kids. While children can do most of the yoga poses that adults can do (probably more as kids tend to be more flexible up to a certain age) a teacher's skill is vital to ensure that they don’t overdo poses while benefitting from the experience.

Open to all yoga teachers.
