& Teaching Themes
Fully interactive Zoom workshop with practice opportunities
Offered by Lead Trainer, Stacey
Intentions and themes may add value and interest to yoga classes especially when presented with awareness and truthfulness. An intention is an aim or a goal, typically a silent, personal choice ("today I will keep my back lengthened and strong"). Whereas a theme is the overall central topic offered by the teacher and aligned to their sequencing plan ("during today's class let's focus our attention on our spinal alignment as we move through poses"). Learn more about how these two interrelate for the benefit of your students.
