"Genuine enthusiasm for yoga creating a positive, exciting environment in which to learn" ... Stacey A.

We believe students benefit from our full attention; our classes remain small for a personal, enhanced experience. Additionally, unique among many yoga teaching programs currently available online, we continue to offer 100% of training live with Lead Trainers whether thru Zoom or in-studio.

PREREQUISITE: RYT 200 (earned from GYS or another Yoga Alliance accredited RYS 200 school).

20 weeks. Part 1: March-June; Part 2: September-November*.

Our well balanced, in-depth approach combines over 300 hours of scheduled classes and specialty workshops.  Our experience has highlighted that a teacher's long term success benefits from shorter, realistically paced training sessions. Students may enjoy the full comprehensive schedule or select electives that resonate provided they meet the total training hour requirement.

Tuition:  $3995 + GST.

Includes pre-scheduled training sessions (100% live) offered over a well paced, life friendly schedule and ongoing mentoring, plus our comprehensive printed manual. Click here for our course outline.

Note: some pre-reading of self-supplied yoga texts will be requested.

Deposit: $750 + GST confirms registration.  Interest free payment plan.

This experience will deepen your relationship with hatha yoga concepts as we discuss yoga's rich history, philosophy and traditions. It will also strengthen asana teaching skills and broaden knowledge of special populations as we dive deeper into the principles and techniques of teaching yoga with emphasis on alignment, adaptiveness, accessibility, body awareness and inclusiveness.

Upon successful completion of a 200hr and 300hr program, plus meeting the Yoga Alliance requirements, students may register for the RYT 500 credential.

*An earlier completion date will depend upon group interest in additional weekends, occasional summer attendance and/or evening participation.

Note:  tuition receipt may be used as a business expense only.
