Stacey Buss

Specialty Instructor

200hr Registered Yoga Teacher RYT

Taking an early retirement, Stacey attended a few Hatha Yoga classes to unwind. Seeing and feeling the benefits, she continues her Yoga journey to offer the same reward to others and completed her 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and BCRPA Yoga Fitness Leader certifications through Grove Yoga School.

During her own yoga journey, Stacey has found a passion for gentler hatha classes, chair yoga and teaching older adults and seniors. With additional focused training, Stacey has developed this into her own specialty and now leads Chair Yoga and Gentle Yoga Classes.

Working with the Lead Instructor, Stacey has also created workshops that are now included on the list of GYS available training options.

Stacey strongly believes yoga is for everyone. Whether it's her inclusive approach to gentle yoga, or the stability offered in Chair Yoga she is confident that everyone can enjoy and benefit from participation in yoga.

She also believes that a little yoga is all you need to take the edge off, to stretch out tight muscles, undo some physical and mental knots and best of all spend some time to unwind, relax and breath. Then you will be able to meet the challenges of life calmly and with confidence.
